Refund Policy
At Quick Cash Phone, all sales of phones and accessories are final. RRefund and Return Policy
Returns relating to defective, damaged, or materially misdescribed devices must be requested within 14 days after delivery or purchase.
Approved returns must include the device, original packaging when available, and all included accessories. Devices must be returned in substantially the same condition in which they were sold, except for the reported defect.
Returns requested for reasons other than a verified defect or material misdescription may be accepted at our discretion and may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.
Refunds or replacements will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping charges may be non-refundable except where required by law or where the return results from our error.

Cancellation Policy

- For lease-to-own phones, customers must contact our support team directly to cancel the lease agreement or payment plan.
- Lease-to-own arrangements and phone payment programs are governed by the separate agreement provided to the customer at the time of enrollment. Cancellation, return, ownership, payment, and any applicable charges will be determined under that agreement and applicable law.
